Independent of restrictions imposed on distribution conglomerates, the company’s network of third-party contractors also provides design, prototyping and manufacture through to delivery and so completing the channel partnership cycle.

Innovelec provide market and technical expertise that allow us to pinpoint the subsystems necessary for their product developments. The ability to closely integrate with partner companies has allowed Innovelec to develop long-term relationships with its suppliers. It is a privileged position and its specialist approach to targeted technologies ensures that Innovelec has access to supplier product planning, gaining an advantage when developing customer plans and new sales opportunities.

Trevor Cullen – Managing Director
Trevor is a graduate in Electronic Engineering with 37 years’ experience in High Tech Electronic Distribution. 29 years’ in management. Still gets a buzz from emerging technology. Pastimes include archery, DIY and live music.

Martin Newman – Sales & Marketing Director
Martin is passionate about technology with over 20 years in the electronics industry and committed to supporting customers both technically and commercially. Outside of work he enjoys golf, telling tall stories about his days playing rugby and the odd beverage

Graeme Woodall – Product Marketing Manager
Graeme brings a wealth of experience having worked in the electronics industry for nearly 20 years. Has been part of the Innovelec team almost from the start and has a particular interest in satellite communications. In his spare time, he enjoys DIY and gardening at home and is also an avid train enthusiast.

Jayne Wilson-Weston – Office & Accounts Admin
Jayne is an experienced office administrator with over 30 years of expertise, always happy to assist customers and suppliers. When she’s not keeping the office organized, she loves spending time in the garden, nurturing plants and enjoying the outdoors—quite the contrast to the perfectly arranged paperwork on her desk!

Chris Muldoon – Tech Sales Manager – Midlands
Chris brings his experience of systems engineering and technical sales spanning over 20 years. He is enthusiastic about new, innovative technology and committed to helping his customers find the right solution for their project. When not working, he enjoys football, rugby and cricket and relaxing with decent pint of ale.

Jake Newman – Marketing Assistant
Jake is the company marketing assistant and head honcho for the web site. He is also the son of Martin and feels extremely lucky to not only have him as his father, but also his boss.

Tony Connolly – QA Manager
Tony is our Quality Manager / ISO man helping us to improve processes, meet regulatory requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction. Tony is also a QPR fan and loves attending matches at the weekend, something we don’t hold against him.

Marion Ive – Bookeeper
Marion has worked with Trevor and Martin for over 25 years and ensures that we record and maintain the business transactions as we should. She regularly tells us off for missing information and does a fantastic job reconciling the accounts. Also regularly bring a great selection of biscuits to the office.
