When the safety of personnel and civilians is at stake, positioning is of vital importance to military personnel around the world. The challenge of knowing where all personnel, vehicles, ships and aircrafts where was overcome with the invention of GPS. This gave the US military an overview of where hardware was as well as providing aiming and locations of where humanitarian aid should be delivered. Since 1978 when GPS was first introduced, it has been joined by the GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou Satellite systems as well as the more localised NavIC and QZSS systems.

Military – How can we help?

Giving access to more than a single GNSS system and more frequency bands across these systems enables a greater idea of location.

Innovelec are pleased to offer Triple Band GNSS antennas. Enabling a view three of the available frequency bands from multiple satellite constellations.

Innovelec are also pleased to offer a range of cm accurate GNSS receivers which are capable of receiving signals from multiple frequency bands from multiple GNSS constellations.

In addition to equipment for mobile applications, Innovelec are also pleased to offer Full GNSS antennas covering all bands and all constellations while providing low axial ration from horizon to horizon and very tight phase centre variation as low as less than 1mm. Designed for Fixed applications (Base Stations) where being accurate is essential.
